Deck Weldon died Sunday morning 20th Feb 2005 aged 43 in Wishaw general a&e. He was laid to rest next to his late mother and father on Friday 25th Feb. Prior to his motorcycle accident in 1989 he was a footballer (Shotts Bonacord and Motherwell football club) he also worked in the Ravenscriag. He passed away after nearly 16 long years of being paralised from the neck down due to the accident.
His cause of death was pneunmonia.
Deck has 2 big sisters Patricia (Trish) and Margaret (mags), 3 big brothers Tom, Paul and Gerry (JEB) he also has a younger brother Joe.
He was an uncle and great uncle.
And a great respected friend to everyone he met which was a lot of people.
Deck liked his music and watching sport especially football. He also liked going to the odd concert. He adored his fireworks and watching them soot up in to the sky and light it up.
Deck\'s real name was Derek but any one who knew him would know not to even think of calling him it he was known as Deck. He also hated to be called uncle.

Well 2 morrow (2nd oct) martin and nic take the plunge. Look donw on us all and try to give us nicer weather. Weve got fire works to let off theyr not up to your standard but they will do hope you will still see them from heaven.

Well it was party time last weekend. It was jebs big 50. We got him big time it was a suppries. He was actualy nearly in tears. A good night was had by all. Im sure you were thought of.
